Merchandise Diamond Bar B Jewels & Accessories is custom designed and hand created with unique style and charm. Each piece is one of a kind. We use natural stones and the best quality findings available. No two items are exactly alike. Natural stones have their own distinctive characteristics. We give special care and attention to each piece to ensure you receive a top quality item representative of that listed on our website. Due to the differences in monitor color calibration the color you see may not be completely true of the actual shade. We will make every effort to thoroughly describe the item and color as best as possible. From time to time we may offer a small selection of manufactured or synthetic products that will be noted in the item description.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. We accept Visa/MasterCard, echecks, and debit cards via Paypal.

2.  We accept payment via money order or personal check. If paying by personal check, items will not be shipped until check clears. Please be aware that your order is not an order until we receive the check or money order in hand. We do not hold merchandise waiting for a check to arrive. For instance, if you order items and another customer comes and pays for those items before your check arrives, they go to the customer that provides payment first. Personal checks/ money orders always delay shipping whereas payments via paypal are always quick and easy and are immediately processed and put out for shipping.  

RETURN CHECKS AND CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: 

Return check and credit card chargeback fees: $30.00 per transaction or check.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days, but it depends somewhat on which day of the week you order. We ship 5 days a week, but for instance, if you order late Thursday night, your order may not ship until the following Monday. Custom orders that are painted, created, or designed will take a little longer. Email me and I can give you an idea of my workload and how long it will take to get a custom order done- usually this is a week to ten days.

SHIPPING METHODS:

I prefer to use the USPS. I do use a flat rate for all shipments. If a rate has to be adjusted, and you need to receive a refund, the amount will be refunded through paypal. I ship priority mail, with insurance and delivery confirmation. The shipping is typically a flat rate of $7.60. I do not charge a handling fee nor do I add additional costs to profit from you.  Orders exceeding $350.00 will not be charged for shipping. All items will be packaged with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  

I encourage you to ask questions prior to placing your order, especially if they are dealing with sizes. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. Items may be exchanged only, for store credit. If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. All item complaints must be made within 5 days of your receiving item. NO returns or exchanges on clearance and sale items.

RESTRINGING:

I make every effort to string my jewelry durable and with a long life. Given proper care, pieces will last and are very resistant. With that said, I guarantee my stringing for 90 days, no questions asked about the wear and tear on the item. Shipping is at your expense, or just catch me at a show to save on shipping. You will need to provide all the beads, or extra beads can be provided for a small cost.

VISITING DIAMOND BAR B JEWELS:

I do not have a storefront and have no plans for one at this time. I presently sell jewelry part time and am a full time Mom and Special Education Teacher.
